An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: Suggest an alternative action that they could try in whisper, if they don't listen, tell someone of higher rank.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: Kick them (If on Classic), then tell an op+ on Skype. If no ops are available at the time, post the griefer's name in the hawknet forums chat.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): AJ's Creative (Minecraft Classic Server, was an op)

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I am on often and I usually take occasional patrols around the areas. I try to help the operators+ sort out any griefings and mysteries, and if some people on any of the servers are having an argument I try to calm them down and sort out the matter If I can.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: Every 2 weeks or so.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week?: Not that I know of currently.

What is the name of the software which runs our Minecraft Classic server, and what version is it? (Information can be gained inside the server): Hawkserv

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: When there has been grief I have told operators+ on Skype or told Alex who would inform Zion. On Classic I have stalked guests and kept an eye on people. I've tried to keep the peace and I've done what I think is right.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Again, go into whisper with them and ask them nicely to calm down until you are ready to deal with what they would like you to do for them. (Assuming they are asking a favour of you.)
