Respect there decision and ask another Operator+ if it is wrong or needs address.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?:
Warn the player/s that they are breaking Hawknet Rules by griefing. Then get prof of the grief by pictures to post on the forms "Abuse Report" topic. If there is any Operator+'s of stem that can get on the server it can also be better to just report directly to them.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?:
I have all ways stayed loyal to Hawknet. I report any grief I find when I find it and try to look over all the servers for grief when I am online.

I have reported grief, and told Operators of people cursing/ cursing to other. I plan to help out by fixing grief and help members that don't the commands or the items in the game. (I'm referring to Tekkit.)
