An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I whisper him asking why is he doing that, and I tell him why do I think that is wrong. If the operator keep doing that, I would tell and admin to solve this problem, telling him/her what happened and my opinion about it.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: First of all I use /b to see who griefed. Then, I summon him r ask him why did he do that or if that is his build. I give 3 chances to answer if he/she doesn’t answer, I tempban for 60 minutes. If he answer I ask him if he can fix what he had done. If he/she fix, I just warn him/her, so if he break a rule again, I just tempban him. Then, when an op+ come to the server, I tell him/her that someone griefed, and show him/her where the grief is.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I am active, and very helpful. I like helping guests, and I always do my best to do something. I like helping a lot. I am very serious, when serious job is required.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I try to read them as often as possible. Rules : every week ; Terms and Conditions: one in 2 months

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: well, I have caught a lot of griefers, and reported them to an op in the server. I also help guests, or the person that needs help. I explain them commands or rules. I always try to keep order on the server.
If I am op, I would have more commands, so doing my job would be easier and faster. For example, instead of tempbanning, and reporting, I would just have to ban and undo the griefer’s actions in that same moment, so there wouldn’t be a mess on guest, and people would enjoy the server without being griefed.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: I would whisper him, and talk with him, asking him why is he doing that, and what should we do to stop it. If that doesn’t work I would inmediatly tell an admin or op more experienced.
