An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: Check if what he is doing is wrong via looking at the rules, then inform an admin through a PM about the players actions.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: My rank commands give me the ability to be able to temporarily ban the player. I first use the /b command to firstly check the player that caused some parts of grief. I use the /b command multiple times to double check if the player was causing destruction. I proceed to temporarily ban the rule breaking player and report the grief on the forums by taking a screenshot of the grief with the /b statistics labelled in the picture.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I'm a friendly face and I love helping out new players. I stay professional within Hawknet's services and I am very familiar with the people, rules and regulations of Hawknet's services and I am very active on forums. I have not been very active on the servers I do admit but this is because my main computer is broken, and I'll be picking that up in a few days, however my school laptop can run Minecraft Classic. I work hard to get the job done, and I think that operator status could help me help Hawknet.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I check them when I am unfamiliar with a rule or two, or if I'm bored and need to touch up on things.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have posted numerous grief reports and I have moderated the Classic Server to the best of my abilities with the commands I have been granted. If I become an operator, I will continue to moderate and I will work a lot harder to help Hawknet, and give it my all.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: Ignore the player or perhaps even log off. I then report his/her behavior to an admin as soon as I can.
