An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I whisper him and I ask why is did he do that. Then I try to talk to him about that and tell him that it was wrong.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: if its minor grief I ask why is did he grief and tell him to fix it. It he grief again I tempban him for 30 minutes. If its major grief I just tempban him for 60 minutes

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): hell on earth (founder)

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: well, I help a lot to the server and I think that I would do a really good job a an operator. i always help tempbaning or kicking griefers and saying to operators or higher where the griefs are.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions?: I read server rules like twice or once a week and the terms of conditions once a month

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: well I always help kicking and tempbanning griefers. I also warn people that don’t follow rules. If I become an op I would have more commands to use so it will be much more easy to help with that.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: first I whisper him and try to talk to him about that. If he countinue I would talk to an admin about that.
