An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: I would kindly inform them in /whisper, what I think he/she is doing wrong, if they ignore me/continue, I would report the situation to an admin as soon as possible.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: If grief was minor I would summon them to the site of grief and I would politely ask them to fix it, if they do I will tell them to not do it again and let them go. If they do not, however, or if the grief was major I would take screenshots of the grief and then, since I am an agent, temporarily ban them and undo them, then make a abuse report on forums right after the incident.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers: None.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am very active on the servers and forums and I am usually there daily. Also, I have had experience with moderation commands from being on my server (when it was up, that is.).

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions: I read the rules once every week and read the terms once every month or so.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week: No.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: So far on the server I have helped many guests and lower ranks with building, commands etc. I have also enforced the rules to my best ability and reported many rule breakers and griefers. If I become an operator, I will be able to help make Hawknet grief free with ban/undo and also give users well deserved promotions.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do: I would kindly ask them to stop in op chat or whisper, if they continue/ignore me, I would ignore their pestering and privately report the situation to an admin as soon as possible.
