An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: I whould ask him/her stop if he ingores me or wont stop i whould report admin.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: In classic i whould ask him/her stop that. (havent been long time in classic) if he/she dosent stop i whould tempban and undo. in smp i cant do anything only try get op or admin to server.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I whould not say i'm better than anyone, but i have long history here and alot exprience.
