An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?:I would /whisper to them and kindly ask them to stop. If they don't listen,Wait until an admin comes and tell what happened.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?:I would ask them to stop and rebuild what they did . If they don't listen and continue, I would /tempban them and wait until an op comes.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?:Ive been helping many people about the rules and Ive been stopping many griefers from griefing. As an op, I would ban grifers who destroy other peoples work.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?:Just maybe ignore them and wait until the next op would come. Then I would tell them what happened.
