An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: I would tell politely my opinion, and i would explain why i think he was wrong

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: Firstly, i would ask him why he did it and then politely ask him to repair, if he fails to respond and continues the griefing i would kick him with a warning message.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): On my own server (it was public for a month, because of the school and not enough time i had to make it private)

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am a friendly and sociable person, willing to help others, also i know lots of things about minecraft servers (especially beta) and i learn new stuff quickly.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I've helped the op's on classic, and i've been an active member of the community (except this month due to exams and barely no internet). Once i become an op i plan to help others build their projects offering asistance where needed.
