You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: I would summon them to the site and kindly ask them to fix it. If it is major or the do not fix it, I would kick and report on forums.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am very active. I have experience on my server so I know many of the op+/moderation commands.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions: I read the rules once every 2-3 days. I read the terms monthly.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week: Some new things were added to the terms involving hosting.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I have helped many new players, reported grief, and enforced the rules.
