An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I Send a private message to them, and if nothing changes or is addressed message Zion.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I give them 2 warnings, those are followed by a documentation of name and where griefed, then kicked, if they retrun they are temp banned.

Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): Although I am not in any leadership on other servers(because I only play on Hawknet) I am in leadership on other games.

What makes you better than the next Advanced Builder?: I would say that overall my patience and willingness to help out new people are pretty universal to most on this server, but I learn fast and am not afraid to address a situation in an appropriat manner in which to not add drama.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have been helping Guests get used to the rules and format of Hawknet, I check for griefers on a regular basis, and I support those that ask for it when building or repairing their buildings.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: I would talk it out in a private chat in a civilized and careful manner such that the other operator and I do not have future problems while working together.
