An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: In whisper, kindly inform him what I think he is doing wrong and ask him to stop. If he does not stop I would report to a Sop+ privatly

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: If grief is minor. I will summon them to the grief and kindly ask him to fix it. If they do I will give them a warning and let them go. If they do not I will kick and immeadiatly report it on forums or if they recieve another 2 warnings. If grief is major I will again, kick and report on forums or inform an op+.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): My own.For about 1 month.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am on the server constantly, at least 3 hours a day almost everyday. Helping others with may different things and inforcing the rules.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions: I read the rules every day and the terms once every 3-4 weeks.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week: No. But the latest change in rules was Rule 13: No severe command abuse.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I am on the server everyday either controlling griefers, helping lower levels with new commands or helping them build. I plan to further help the server by controlling grief further and helping lower ranks even more by giving them promotions they deserve.
