An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: Respectfully tell them that I believe their actions are wrong, if said action persists see the guidance of a higher ranked Operator.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: Tell them to stop using a 3 strikes system and if the griefing continues, tempban them and report it either on the forums or to an Operator when they join the server.

Experience with being an Operator or higher rank on other servers (server name and experience): None.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am no better suited than everyone else. We are all equal in the respect of being a member of Hawknet.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions: I read the rules every second day or when I find griefing, just to check it's against the rules. I read the terms and conditions every 2 or 3 weeks.

Can you cite any changes made to the rules/Terms in the past week: None I can name.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I have tried my hardest to comply with the rules, educate the Guests, and keep the grief to a minimum. I plan to take a more active approach in keeping griefers out of our server.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do: Kindly tell them to stop stating clearly that what they are doing is bothering me. If their actions continue seek help from an Admin.
