If they ignore you, You would tell an op or admin about the situation. You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?:I would tell them 2 times to stop. If they do not listen, /tempban them and have proof with a screenshot or with /b Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): None What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: Well, I am a great builder. I am really friendly to the team and would always like to help. As in, I think I am a good ro-model for the other members. I always tell new blockmason and new architects about the new rules(Such as /gun, /kick etc.). I have high trust from many members of the team, And I have spend a lot of time overall. I also know how to solve many hostile situations very well. What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have /tempbanned many griefers, or have reported many in op chat. I helped many people with projects. As when I'm, I will full ban griefers, can keep this server "Grief free". Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: /whisper to them and tell the nicely to please stop. If they don't stop, report this situation to an operator.
