An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do?: I would consult another trusted operator or admin to help with the problem.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do?: I will ask the griefer what he/she is doing. Then I will ask him to stop. If not, I will tempban he/she. Then I would tell whoever made the build, and an op or an admin, what happened.

Experience with being an Operator or above on other servers (name and experience): None, other than my own beta server that is not currently working.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants?: I believe that I am well trusted with the ops and admins of Hawknet, and I would learn the new commands quickly and use them only when necessary.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator?: I have helped this server by my builds and finding griefers. I plan to help, if I am promoted to op, to put a stop to griefers, and help rank up guests when they finish their builds. Also, like Techy10, I'd have fun things on my map to occupy bored builders.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do?: I would immediatly describe the situation to another trusted op or to the admins.
