What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I feel I can be trusted to make good decisions concerning the server and players and always try to help people who need it as much as I can.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I've been doing my job as an assistant when no ops are online, and have been helping those in need.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do: Tell him in whisper that he is being disrespectful and ask him to stop, then tell another op+ if I can't handle the situation myself.
