An Operator is doing something you think is wrong, what do you do: I tell them what they are doing wrong in /whisper. If the continue to do what they are doing, warn them of the possible consequenses if they fail to stop. If ignored, report the situation an Admin.

You see someone griefing, yet no Ops are available to help you, and you're not an Operator yet. What do you do: If it is a small amount of blocks, I request they fix it and issue a warning. If they ignore my offer to fix their mess, warn them of possible consequenses. Take action if completely ignored. When someone attempts to do a large amount of grief without listening to warnings, take action on the spot to cause less distress amongst the other guests.

What makes you better suited for this position than other applicants: I am on the Classic server whenever I have free time. I always tell people what they need to know, and take action when needed. I am a responsible person.

How often do you read the server rules and the Terms and Conditions: I read the rules once in a while - every 3 or 4 days. I ready the Terms and Conditions maybe once or twice a week.

What have you done to help this server so far, and/or how do you plan to help once you become an operator: I have been helping with commands, rules, abuse for a very long time. Once I get the rank of Operator, my ability to help will be much less limited. I could take weight off others shoulders and give a helping hand to everyone.

Another Operator is pestering you, and you have the rank of Operator as well, what do you do: I ask them to stop whatever it is they are doing in /whisper. If they ignore me then I warn them of consequences. If I am continually ignored, inform an Admin right away.
