- i tryed updating my java
- trying different browsers

thats about it...

it keeps making my browser unresponsive :L

If you can't connect to any servers, (and causes your browser to freeze), then it's likely hardware or software related. You say you updated Java, and tried different browsers, so they're out of the question, and it happens on multiple servers.

Sounds like a Memory issue to me. Post your system specifications and we'll try to pinpoint it further.

This does not sound like a Server issue if you're unable to connect to any server, so that's out of the question also.

im not sure if it is memory problems as i can get onto single player minecraft beta alright, also i cant get onto mmorpg's via a browser but through a 'bot' program i can (it freezes the browser also)

and if it is then what is meant by system specifications?
