A quick serch of "SISGL" shows that you may need to update your graphics drivers. I'm not sure what graphics card you have, but running dxdiag will show you basic information about it. From there you can google your graphics card to see if you can find any drivers. To run DXDiag in Windows XP: Go to Start, and hit Run. In the text box, type 'dxdiag' and press the Run button. A window should appear and will have a loading bar at the bottom and will eventually load. There will be a number of tabs at the top, and the one called "Display" should have information about your graphics card. From the shoutbox post you made, it just sounds like you don't have enough RAM to support the program. Windows XP takes between 256MB and 374MB of RAM just by itself. Running less programs consumes less RAM, which leaves more for another program you may want. Otherwise you might have to ask for an upgrade, and/or a new computer. |
