Im not sure if this goes in Problems or Suggestions.
When an op+ bans someone, they "undo" all of the actions that player did. However, if the player was griefing on guest, and guest gets reset before they are banned, the blocks the player removed are respawned when they get banned. This creates a weird sort of grief.
I was wondering if it was a bug with resetting the map. Maybe the block histories aren't being reset when the map is reset.
Just something for Zion to look into when he has time.

Although this would work on the guest map (there is also a valid command for operators to ban users without undoing their actions), it would not work very well on builder+ maps, where the reset is a lot longer.

Operators can use /ban : [name] to ban a user without undoing actions. Other than that, the undone grief will need to be re-deleted.

I was referring to only guest, because finding griefers on any other map is extremely rare.
