Server is apparently down again, I panicked when I couldn't find it in the WoM list of servers, so I used my bookmark and tried a cached version. If you're reading this, Zion, do you know when we'll be able to enjoy your lovely server again?

Seriously though this is getting old, there has to be a way to fix this from our end. The only thing i can think of is if someone on the op team had remote access to the server, but honestly, i don't think anyone is that trustworthy I guess all we can do is wait until the server is restarted, which from my experience will be at least 8 hours from now. Oh well, Killzone 3 anyone?

I don't play Killzone, so I'll browse YouTube and the interwebs.

I don't mind these failures, usually but it took up 100% computer usage just trying to manually close it, I had to manually restart my computer this time.

CTRL + SHIFT + ESC (Windows) for Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, and choose 'end process' on "javaw.exe"

I usually do that, (though I use Ctrl + Alt + Delete) but I end the program not the process, would it make a difference?

Ending the process will end the program instantly, ending the program from the applications tab usually takes longer. I wish i could be more technical but I'm just speaking from experience.

The fox of red speaks the truth. CTRL + ALT + DEL brings up a window with options for task manager, locking the station, shutdown, etc. CTRL + SHIFT + ESC is a direct shortcut to task manager.
And yes, terminating a process instead of an application is quicker and more reliable than ending it via the application (especially in Vista/7). You can get to the process a task is using by right clicking the application, and clicking "Go to process".

Okay, thanks. I tried it last time I had problems and it worked ten times faster. ^_^
