Uhmm theres this guy in builder and hes been there for about 4 hours even since before i went to footy training and everytime ive logged on he hasnt moved and is only afk anything i should do?

If your sure he's been AFK for all that time, just kick him with a message saying "kicked afk timeout" or something similar ^^
/kick [name] AFK Timeout
