TnT is bugging builders can place it and on /help tnt it says required rank: Designer so I think its bugging anyway and when i do /b it doesnt say who placed it. |

TNT as in a building block, I belive can be placed by any rank. But as an explosive block, it's set to designer. |

Indeed. TNT accessed via the Build menu (B default) is just like any other block. TNT via the /tnt command will place the TNT block, and then detonate it after 3-4 seconds, replacing blocks to air in a pattern around it. |
