Guess I'll revive a dead horse as it were. Architect, architect2, builder anr builder2 all have structures that dont clear most of the tops of the structures are just one block under the surface however one in the corner of all 4 maps is fairly deep down. Is there anyway to fix this, it seems to have to do with the back up used to restore the map.

Moved the topic due to this being a map issue, not software issue. If it were anyone else, I would say they would have to rebuild the map.

A similar situation goes here too. Mistakes happen, and sometimes the map is saved as 1, instead of the user supplied name. This is a human error, not software. The best method for fixing is to rebuild or replace the map with a backup. I believe there's a "buildertest" map, which was used to create the current islands based map. That map can be used to replace save 1 in the effected maps, changing "buildertest.lvl" to "architect.lvl" and the names of other maps respectively. I would do it myself, but my priorities have changed from managing the community, to finding enough money to keep the community going. Admins have full access to Conroe, and can do it, however.
